Meet the Manager
A fourth generation real estate developer and social entrepreneur, Daniel Kaskel has always been keen on the concept of community. Daniel gained experience working to develop off campus hosing student communities at The Seasons Apartments, in Tucson, Arizona and then facilitated the creation of Doral Farmers’ Market, the first successful market in the City of Doral and Sweetwater Community Market, a public-private partnership (PPP) with City of Sweetwater. The Miami Herald coined the Doral Farmers’ Market “A New Gathering Place located in the heart of the City of Doral” and recognized Daniel’s entrepreneurial efforts in Sweetwater, deeming the grass-roots effort “a fresh city addition.”
Recently, Daniel’s passion for building community stretched into a new realm with the creation of an innovative housing product, one critical for student success. This intimate living environment welcomes students from all over the globe, providing modern and comfortable surroundings that encourage socialization and relationship building. These one-of-a-kind buildings, actively being developed in the adjacent
neighborhoods surrounding Florida International University, provide students with the support they need to be successful, both on and off the college campus.
