Urban Land Complex can constitute many things, but typically refers to fill material. With that in mind, the mapping with regard to your site is kind of a “cop out”. However, being that the area is heavily populated, a residence previously existed on the site and other factors, it is reasonably safe to say that you could develop the site with the proposed construction. This report will need to be confirmed via a geotechnical exploration.
